ARWC Pasta Carbonara Recipe
Enjoy this delicious pasta dish with a glass of Anthony Road Devonian White.
Serves 4
1/2 lb. Thick sliced bacon – cut in small pieces
1 lb. Pasta of choice – linguine, gemelli, etc
5 Cloves garlic – sliced thin
1 cup Seasonal vegetables – diced
3 Tbs. Olive Oil
1/4 cup Anthony Road Devonian White
1 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Grated hard cheese
Prepare pasta according to directions. Fry bacon until crisp and pour off the fat. Deglaze the pan with the wine. Add sliced garlic and oil and diced vegetables, sauté until cooked but still firm. Add bacon and sour cream to pan and heat through. Add to drained pasta and toss together. Enjoy with a bottle of Anthony Road Devonian White.
