
New in 2001, the state-of-the-art ARWC production building
is within a short walk from the visitor's center. This area of
the facility comes to life at harvest time. The vineyard manager guides
his team to harvest the grapes at the optimum time.
Many fall nights, the team can be seen "burning the midnight (and beyond) oil"
to bring in the grapes before the first frost to ensure the best product. back to the tour
